Have you heard from Brandon Ford?

Those who have reservations with Brandon Ford, have you heard anything from them? When I reserved the bronco with them I got an automated response from them saying " Thank you again for your interest in our vehicle.. Good news, You can reserve your Bronco now. with Ford link below. Just select Brand Ford as your preferred dealership.. and let me know if you have any further questions. " No mention of reserving the bronco etc. and its been crickets since. Now with order banks opening up, I still haven't heard anything. I figured a big dealership like them would have some sort of email or something by now.

Same here. I heard nothing from Brandon Ford so I reached out to a salesman I previous bought a vehicle with and he put my order in Friday (1/22/21). I haven't received a confirmation from Ford on my order yet.

I spoke with my salesman to place my order. Sent in my build sheet and he said he will call me to place the order. I know placing the order in early does nothing for me but it would be nice to get it in. They said I was one of the early ones on the list so I am surprised I haven't got more information from them.

Any luck today? They placed my order today and I received my Ford confirmation email.

No luck today. I texted the sales guy yesterday if he was going to contact me or the inventory guy and he said he was going to call me when they are ready to order... kind of annoying

I agree! Very annoying. I'm still bitter that I had to reach out to them first to get the ball rolling.

I see all these other dealerships having bronco specialists etc but Brandon Ford seems uninterested. I texted the sales guy and he said he will ask his manager tomorrow about my spot in line. I have a 7/14 reservation so I am hoping I am within the 2021 model year.

I have the same reservation date, 7/14 (10132xxx). I asked my salesman if my chances are good for 2021 but he didn't know. Nicest guy but didn't have much information.

yeah my reservation number is 10125xxx and they seem clueless. Well hopefully we will both get 2021s! Dealerships giving out bronco swag is nice but I would settle for more communication at least.
