Just got my Bronco Badlands. Put Fabtech lift and 37s on it and wanted to at least find a good fire road or beginner trail. We'll be camping in South Lake Tahoe area this weekend and looking for some shorter beginner road/trail to explore. Any local spots anyone would recommend? (for context, I've never been off-roading besides some rough dirt fire roads in NorCal.)

I know this is a pretty old post. but most of the easier trails are going to start down in reno or over in Truckee, and down by Kirkwood. not many vehicle trails start up at the lake mostly just hiking trails like the Tahoe rim trail. if you ever get over to reno i recommend the hunter lake trail it climbs over by mt rose and comes out down at the nv cal border.
