Never heard of the random global down on the windows, the Headlights Yes, there is an SSM from Ford that has a fix for that issue. Seems there is an issue with the "Logic" in the headlight switch. SSM51166

I think if you hold down the unlock button all the windows were all down So if it was in your pocket or some other thing press the unlock that could do it.

As for the headlights, as mentioned, there is a replacement headlight switch that's been redesigned supposedly.

"TSB?" What is that term? I contacted my dealer with the notice Ford sent out about the problematic headlight switch and the service department asked if there was a recall. I explained there was a service notice, gave them the info, and its been 2 weeks since I've heard anything from them. Every other night I am going outside when its dark to turn off the headlights-huge pain in the a##.
