HI all, I was looking at getting some embroidery work done on my headrests. After looking at the ones on the rear seats i am a little worried about trying to remove the covers without damaging them. The button to flip them forward does not seem to want to come off, and i do not want to break the plastic ring or tear the leather trying force it. Any one have any experience with this? Or had the work done successfully by a shop? Any tips or info would be much appreciated. Chris

You shouldn’t have to remove the button to get the headrest cover off. The material is just tucked under it, try gently using a pick tool to get the material out from under it. Or you can just pull on the material away from the button, once you get it started it comes out easy.
