Hey everyone!
We wanted to give a quick hello intro from the team here at Hotshot Offroad. We have officially came onto the forum as a Sponsor and wanted to be sure we gave a digital hello to you all. We have been in the group for awhile here but have yet to drop a hello and truly introduce ourselves.
For those that are not familiar with us; we are an overland and off-road based company. We began as a lighting specialist company a few years back and quickly evolved into an all around off-road and overland focussed company but can assist with performance based parts as well. We have a core belief of transparency. Our goal is to always provide the best customer service we possibly can. And in order to do that we must always be transparent. We strive to give feedback and opinions/suggestions based on what your wants and needs are. We truly try keep the personal touch of customer service alive and well! If you want it, we will do our absolute best to get it for you. We carry hundreds of brands and have thousands of parts our our disposal. So if you are ever browsing the website but do not see something you need please just reach out to us. Odds are we can get it for you! And as we continue to build on our new Bronco build, we will strive to keep you all informed with our build as well as be able to provide more hands on help from a technical (and at times opinionated) perspective!
Please feel free to follow all of our social channels as well as subscribe to our newsletter. We are putting a big focus in content this year which include some install clips, product reviews, tech sessions, Blog write ups, and a full build out write up of our shop Bronco which will be updated as we continue to build on it (separate channel). Right now our Bronco is going through a big transformation so we will be showing it off here in the next coming weeks! For now, we will show its basic self from when it showed up from the delivery.
