Hello , glad to find this great forum and hope to learn some tips from other members.
We are waiting to pick up ne Bronco Black Diamond ( full size 4 Dr ) sometime in few months and I have question in reference to hard top roof rack system.
I wanted to ask if anyone here have mounted or planing to amount roof top tent.
I have brand new Roofnest Falcon XL and planing on mounting on to Bronco.
wonder if anyone figured out the aftermarket right rack or perhaps used factory rack.

I have Falcon XL and we picked Prinsu aftermarket roof rack and mounted to it
It was easy 3-4 hrs job some 80 bolts
Looks great nice and low profile
Bit pricy at 1200$ but very good quality

If you will be using Prinsu rack let me know I have documented entire build since they did not have good instructions on their webside specifically to fit bronco

I’m very interested in the prinsu rack. Can the weight rating really be 600/1000lb when the factory is 110/450lb. Looks like same mounting points.

That is good question not sure if these numbers are correct?
I know tgat my XL RTT weights around 160 plus 80 lb i believe is prinsu plus 70 lb my fly rod holder so here its about 300 lbs
By the end of the day if we ad our weight to sleep on additional 300lb
That would be close to 600-700 lbs
I forgot my cross bars holding fly rod holder weight around 30lb
