New to Broncos and any type of aftermarket lifts. Have a Big Bend with stock 255s and wanted to run 315/70/17 tires so had a Bilstein 5100s installed and new Upper Control Arms. Mostly used as daily driver, live in Colorado and often on jeep roads camping and wanted more clearance.
Only looking for lift big enough to clear 315s, but Bronco came back too high. This is first lift they’ve done for a Bronco. Shop set Circlip at 2.9 front and 2.5 rear, level 5. The shop tells me a lower circlip level caused rear to be higher than front due to the original factory being 3/4” higher in rear (too much rake?).
After searching forum, it looks like level 2 or 3 would be closer to Sas height and what I’m looking for. When I asked shop to lower to level 2 or 3, they said it would rub due to wheel offset. (New Method 305 rims with 0 offset, I think. Stock Big bend wheel that came off was +55, I think.????)

Shop says I can go 1/2 lower total- The problem is the wheel offset. I want it lower than that.
.
Questions:
-What are my options now to lower lift?

- how noticeable is it if rear is set only 1/10th difference than front? When loaded w passengers or camping gear, will it look awful and hurt tire tread or maneuverability or anything?

-shoud I return wheels, if possible, and look for different offset?

Thank you!

Looks great. My guess, crash bars need to be removed

From the research and videos I watched seems around a 6-7 inch gap between top of tire and flare is "normal".

I agree about the crash bars. The shop may not know about them (their first Bronco), or were unwilling to remove safety equipment for liability reasons. Luckily they're incredibly easy to remove yourself and will eliminate any rubbing at sas ride height and 0 offset.

I can't figure out how to get a pic to upload so I changed my profile to a side shot.

The "RAKE" is there for a reason...and looks much better than "SQUAT", which is the usual result of a leveling kit and gear in the rear! lol
