Hi all, probably more specifically any dealers up in B6G...

I went in today and finalized my order with my dealership (yay)! After leaving I got a call from them stating that they're unable to push my order through because my reservation was refunded. (I switched dealers on 1/20)

Has anyone else experienced this? And know what the workaround is? My salesman suggested calling Ford. And I suggested we do that together. So tomorrow we're going to do that. I tried calling the Ford Bronco line ahead of time, but I guess they're only open M-F 8-530. So figured I'd check here, being I'll probably get a faster answer.

FWIW, my online status has changed to In-Store. So it seems like something happened.

That sounds more dealership policy rather than Ford. Ford forces the refund on a switch. If you go to the dealer tomorrow they won't be able to get to Mama Ford BUT they can get your credit card for the deposit.

I think means it's in process... but once submitted I think it should look more like this:

Transfers that haven’t already been converted to orders have worked the same as reservations made to the store...we see the reservation in the online portal, click “process offline”, wait about 20 minutes, then the order shows up in WBDO...I would start by asking to see if they can see the order in wbdo...if they can, then ask for the Dora...if they can’t, then I would go back to the online portal and see if they can search by your email or res #...if the order shows up and the “process offline” is grey’d out, that means someone cancelled the order in wbdo...I have also had issues with one reservation not transferring over to wbdo, but it stayed in the online portal and the “process offline” is still clickable...the 800# should be able to help...they open back up on Monday...if the 800# isn’t helpful, the dealer can email [email protected] have been responsive, just slow...let me know if I can help
