I latched onto a special order that was not yet built or delivered after finding it on a dealership website. Dealer needed to confirm the original purchaser was declining. I also asked why it was posted and they told me Ford factory does the posting automatically but other tales on this forum make this inconsistent or untrue. Personally I am waiting for this deal to go south, but I did put a deposit against the VIN and have a signed agreement. Build date 4/5 but it is not my email in the Ford system so I am hounding the dealership for updates.I did a nationwide search, four-door manual transmission, one was a special order for a customer (not sure why it was on their site if so), and the other two were not on their lot yet. I'm definitely going to keep doing that in the meantime though as I have seen a few people that have given up their order![]()
It’s true. Most of ours were listed on the dealers website when it got scheduled. Granger made it obvious it wasn’t for sale by changing the asking price to 100k plus the standard MSRP.I latched onto a special order that was not yet built or delivered after finding it on a dealership website. Meanwhile I am haunting two other dealerships that dropped the ball on first a 4 door Heritage order and then a 2 door Heritage order by not getting them in before the order banks closed. I am waiting to see what they get in so I can line up a contingency plan.
Looks awesome to me, but I might be a bit biased.I said I wasn't going to join Bronco6g until after I took delivery, After 952 days of waiting, my HE
arrived on my Birthday no less!

That's awesome that you were able to put a deposit on! There's one that I want, it has exactly everything that I want, but it's been in transit for over a month so they don't know what's going on, but it was a special order in the original buyer backed out, but they won't let me put a deposit on it. And it's about 8 hours for me so it's not like I can jump in my car and drive down there every day to check if it's come in.I latched onto a special order that was not yet built or delivered after finding it on a dealership website. Here is a 4 door manual in the Denver area: Robins Egg Blue:I did a nationwide search, four-door manual transmission, one was a special order for a customer (not sure why it was on their site if so), and the other two were not on their lot yet. FWIW "In Transit" at dealers means nothing, I started my order "in transit" only to be forced to join the "stuck in production" forum to commiserateI did a nationwide search, four-door manual transmission, one was a special order for a customer (not sure why it was on their site if so), and the other two were not on their lot yet. Thank you! To add to my difficulty I'm really trying for cactus grey. I might consider that other darker gray but those are the only 2.Here is a 4 door manual in the Denver area: Robins Egg Blue:

I've got an extra one. 2dr manual for sale if you're interested.I ordered my Big Bend in August of 2023, it was built January 25th, and has been stuck in production, but built, since. No updates, no one can give me any answers, no one knows what's going on. So I decided to give up on it and order a new one, and decided on the Heritage... Only to find out today that you can no longer order one. My dealer said it'll probably be towards the end of the year that they open up the order banks, but sometimes they randomly open them up unannounced. So, for those of you with any experience or any connections, are they really unannounced - I.e. is there any way that I can have my dealer put the order in and then when it randomly opens up they pick mine up, or any way to get inside our information on when those random dates open?

Not on our 23 4dr 2.3So I just installed a set of Redline quicklifts yesterday and snapped a quick photo and put it on a fb group im in. Had a fellow Heritage owner perplexed as to why I have insulation on my hood and he doesn't. Both are the same 24 model year heritage, did he get screwed out of hood insulation or did I get mine on accident?
