I was looking at the MT Legend Series in the EXP and the MTZ. I like the raised white letters for the Heritage.Mickey Thompson Baja Boss ATs are on both our Broncos. 37's on mine, 35's on the HLE.
Looks awesome! Any sag due to weight?Done with all the heavy stuff! Still waiting on my RCI aluminum skid plates and a different winch hook. Have my lights that I need to install too but all the hard parts are complete!
Yes, about 3/4" at the moment, still need to add the skid plates. Part of the reason I ordered aluminum skid plates was to keep weight to a minimum up front. It's basically the same rake my Everglades had, so it's what I was expecting. I'll take more and better pictures once my parts show up and get it finished.Looks awesome! Any sag due to weight?
No, but mines only been in man made rain. (Touchless car wash)Big rain storm here today in the northeast. Heavy rain and strong winds. I got my first top leak today. A decent amount of water is dripping from the top of the passenger side removable rear window. I'm at work so nothing I can do right now. When I get home I'll lay a towel down and tomorrow I'll take the window out and check the seal. Anyone else have a similar leak?
Fortunately no. Perhaps clean the seals well and make sure it is properly seated and bolt is tight. I also use Shin Etsu silicon grease on my seals.Big rain storm here today in the northeast. After I put my hardtop back on, I have noticed that the passenger side window doesn’t look to be seeded in as far as the driver side. I haven’t driven it much in the rain but it has survived the touchless wash.Big rain storm here today in the northeast. Heavy rain and strong winds. I got my first top leak today. I’ve had my top leak once. Some drips from around where the back and middle section meet. I wonder if the water is just running along the inside of the roof and them dripping by the back window? I have taken my top on and off a bunch of times since then and it hasn’t happened again. And I’ve been through some Texas sized rainstorms.Big rain storm here today in the northeast. Yeah, I've taken my top off a bunch of times too. I have the two door, and there are no leaks around the front two panels or the gunner's hatch. It was all coming from the top of the rear window on the passenger side. Got home from work a little while ago, put it in the garage and removed the rear window. It looked like water was coming in around the seal that's attached to the removable window. I dried everything off and am leaving the window out tonight. I'm gonna go over the window seals with some 303 protectant and re seat the window tomorrow. I'm hoping this is a one off and perhaps, with just the normal flexing of the vehicle, the seals broke contact with the window frame a little. It was a big storm with 40mph winds from the south and the window in question just happened to be facing south in the parking lot at work. Perhaps the wind gusts were so strong they forced the water past the seals.I’ve had my top leak once. Some drips from around where the back and middle section meet. Personally, I’d take the top off, then reseat and screw in the back shell and then make sure the seal on the rest of the pieces look good and the roof sits relatively flush. It’s possible the gasket/seal on one of the pieces is pinched or caught just enough to let some water in.
How is your modular bumper doing so far. I will switch it from capable bumper later.Done with all the heavy stuff! Still waiting on my RCI aluminum skid plates and a different winch hook. Have my lights that I need to install too but all the hard parts are complete!
It’s great! Working on the fog lights today. The bumper is definitely a worthy upgrade if you like the look. How is your modular bumper doing so far. I will switch it from capable bumper later.
