Has anyone seen a High Lift Jack mount that doesn't attach to a roof rack?

People make hood mounts that are pretty simple. Iā€™d imagine one will be available in short order.

Right know I plan to make my own where the on board bag tiedowns thread into the cage. A little uni-strut, all-thread and nuts & washers.

I've seen those mounted on Jeeps anywhere, on the hood, on the roof, by the spare in back, I'm sure there will be plenty solutions.
They make an interesting new version for emergency responders, more expensive, but looks like some of the added features could be helpful if wheeling hard.

A trail sight mount would be pretty slick, but in the way every time you want to pop the hood.

But maybe a parallel mount, using one trail sight and one mirror spot light mount.

May I suggest you look into rear bumper/carrier combo's. Swing out carries are great for mounting all of your doodads and being out of the airstream.

Here is a random example of a guy that knows what he is doing.

Hi lifts are garbage. Just my personal opinions. Lot less dangerous options out there. Do your homework boys and girls.

I tend to disagree with this having used them for years and they have bailed me out more than once. Can they be dangerous yep if not used properly or without caution, but they can be a valuable trail tool. YMMV

Do your homework boys and girls.
This I agree

Sometimes you have to fire up the welder and fabricate one.

What about a mount, as part of the catalytic converter security skid plate?

ARB Jack > Hi-Lift. Yes, itā€™s 10x the cost but Iā€™ve had the opportunity to use both side by side and Iā€™m buying an ARB jack for my Bronco. If youā€™re on a budget, then the Hi-Lift is a good option. Make sure you familiarize yourself with how to operate it safely before doing so. Lastly, in my experience, 99% of people that drive around with a Hi-Lift strapped to their vehicle never use them. Itā€™s just for show.

Personally not a fan of them but they are better than nothing. They can be used to MacGyver some solutions in a pinch.

Have been looking at the exhaust jacks and other options even these and I would also say rear tire swing out mount would be my choice
