I just noticed this today that my left and right bars going down into the cargo area are different.

Right side:

Four more up on top. That is my Gearshade Bimini top by the way. Fantastic design, no bar across the middle like the Best Top.

I have both sets of bolts on mine, 9/22 build.
Same here, sets of holes on both sides. 9/23 build.
I wonder what accessory they were planning to use these for?

Can anyone verify if these threaded holes on both the 2 and 4 door? My mind is racing with recovery and emergency gear mounting solutions. This space is nearly unusable and keeps gear handy, no matter what else you have piled in your Bronco.

I have a 4-door and I think it would be a great place for a fire extinguisher. There really isn't another place that I have found.

I put in an Element with a seat rail mount.

If I had mounts on both sides I think it might be a pretty good place for a Hi-Lift for us soft top guys.

Nothing! Weird. So what do yours look like? Anyone have nothing on either, or holes on both?
Good place for the fire extinguisher

Nice. Is that the magnetic mounts for the Element? One of those came with mine but I decided I'd rather have it within easy reach of the driver's seat. What flashlight mount is that?

I liked your setup so well that I just ordered an Element and 2 magnetic mounts. Did you PPF the section of roll bar?

8/31 blend, no holes in the roll bar, except the silly bottle opener I won't ever let anyone use unless they want to pay for a repaint, LOL. Kind of a dumb thing to cut into the roll bar, not even in a really useful location.

Repost from other thread, but interesting:
So I had to go outside and check. I have a 2 door Wildtrack, built 7/23, them again 10/23 and I have what appears to be a pretty beefy threaded mounting hole, maybe ½" in diameter on the top rear of each roll bar, left and right. Just one hole each. Hard to tell, sorry for dark pics, I'm parked for the night against the back of my garage wall and didn't want to move my truck.
