Anyone on here have more insight? Images Specs.
Could not find much information on the internet about what the differences are between Hoss 3.0 Wildtrak and Hoss 4.0 Raptor rack.
"Found on the 2022 Bronco Raptor. Includes: Unique steering rack, motor, tie rods"
"Severe-Duty Steering System and Performance Tuning. Ford Performance Parts also developed several new Bronco chassis components for the Bronco two- and four-door SUVs, including new severe-duty steering rack and tie rod ends to further improve steering system durability under high loads."
In the comparing the two photos below the top is my 3.0 and bottom one 4.0.
The only cast difference I could see it the case ribbing going across is complete on the 4.0, see right below the two casting marks that are about an inch apart.
We know of one swap having been done @BigMeatsBronco had info in his 3.0 thread. So we know it will work but is it worth it? 3.0 NB3Z-3504-M cost about $1,162.70+ 400.00 core + shipping, 4.0 cost about $1,719.86+400.00 core+shipping. ROI cost vs benefit/advantage.
Not sure there are any in stock.
