Ha ha that’s what we call in the East a fenderberg!, a chunk of ice mixed with road salt that will accumulate inside the wheel wells… usually we kick them off or they fall off. We see them all over the roads or in parking lots where people kick them offI just can't get past wondering what the heck is under it

Looks like HPR to me. Also, that looks like the same place that Dave Pericak's son made the Youtube videos of the Bronco sometime last year. Dave used to be the head of Ford Performance, not sure what he does there now.
