Saw a HPR Maverick today. Couldn't get a pick. I loved the color. It's overcast here today and definitely had a more orange tint to it than red which I was hoping for. As I got closer it seemed to get more red. It was a beautiful color!

I dropped by my dealership [Mullinax Ford, Kissimee, Fl]... they had a Maverick in Hot Pepper Red. This color looks great [to me] in person. As we've seen, pictures don't always do a color justice. I'm here to say, the color is awesome and exactly what I was hoping it would be.

Took some pics at the Orlando Auto Show this weekend, lovely color. In person I didn't see so much orange Still want to see it outside in the sun before I flip from CO though.

I was there too! I almost didn't go because I heard ahead of time that they would only have 1 bronco there, and that it was blocked off. Glad I went though cause little did I know, they also had one outside for test drives... Finally got to have my first drive of one!!!!

I saw this same vehicle and I too loved the color. For some reason though, every picture I took would brighten the color up. The color seamed a lot darker in person than what the pics are showing, which I love!

I was a little torn between HPR and Area 51, but seeing them side by side at the show made me set on HPR. Area 51 just seams too dull to me. Doesn't pop like HPR.

I originally reserved my Wildtrak in CO and I’m glad I switched. Saw one today and man…too much yellow. It would have to be broken up by a LOT of black graphics to make it appealing.

My wife and I saw a Ranger in the HPR over the weekend on the interstate. I kept slowing and speeding up to pass it and get more looks. It was partly cloudy and looked really good to both of us. Definitely somewhat of a chameleon color depending on lighting can look red then orange in brighter lighting. Guess I'm definitely getting it since I got my VIN and build date of 2/14/22 on Monday!

I can see what you're talking about, but this grab from later in the vid is definitely Rapid. The Mav didn't look so "coppery?" in person, but it definitely wasn't that jewel tone red that rapid is either.

I couldn't agree with you more. I just wanted to share that screenshot cause I thought it would give us a good idea of what to expect.

Switched to race red. The flake in the paint along with the tinted clear is awesome, but hard to pin down what it will actually look like. Proceed to call me chicken. I can take it.

I would have done Race Red also but as you see in my Avatar I already have one Race Red Ford...
