I've been plugging vins from dealers in Houston into the jack cooper website, none have shown up on there. I have also been checking ones in the Austin area and they are showing up. I'm thinking that the tracker stuff is just not working right, cause most the ones in Austin still show as I production like mine. My understanding is that your vin is not loaded into that system till it is off the train getting scheduled for convoy to dealer. I hope that I am right on all of this, I am only using info that I could find one here and the internet.
I just emailed him back asking for Rail tracking info.
Mine has said produced since 6/23, my dealer knows nothing more than that.Just received email from my salesman. Mine shows Produced July 1.

run that vin through the tracking portal here. It will tell you if it's been shipped.
Gullo in Conroe. I'm just hoping my theory that it is already on a train and just not updated is correct, but who knows it could still be in a parking lot.
You might call the dealer and ask for the GM. Ask for a vehicle visibility report.
