Yep I'm now a fan of vinyl wrap, ever since my son wrapped a few items on the dash of our car. And the flat dash of the Bronco looks like it could accommodate some wrap.I'll probably just do some custom vinyl, off-road lighting, and an aftermarket rack on the roof.
Mine wont be unique. I am sure I wont be the only person with a BL that is powder coating the beauty rings orange on the Sasq wheels.I was wondering about how I could make my Bronco stand out as it's going to be a popular vehicle on the road.
I started with a loaded Outer Banks and gave it a 2" body lift with 33"tires.The paint or wrap scheme will be based on a 71 Bronco.
I'm still on the fence about these 2 colors but will pick one by order time!
Why are you going for a load E tire and the rougher ride it brings?A few adds to my white MT BL 2 dr - ARB solis floodlights, a JW Speaker rear work lamp on the bumper, 255x80r17 KM2's on Trail Ready wheels, swap the grill with a base grill (maybe a Filson grill if it becomes available later). Possibly replace the rear bumper once aftermarket options show up.
I want a tall skinny tire, and that's about the tallest and skinniest you can get. I don't care or worry if it rides rough. Why are you going for a load E tire and the rougher ride it brings?
Now this sounds like some good, clean, family fun! Also I got a cheap plasma cutter from Santa, and along with my hobbyist welding skills, will make some custom rocker guards and bumpers. And maybe a bumper mounted swing away rear tire carrier ... if the stock carrier proves not up to the task (as is the case on some Wranglers).
