I am adding a subwoofer/amp this weekend. i am thinking ill run the speaker wires as well for when i do add an amp so when i want to i can just connect to new speakers and plug in the amp.

my question is: What speakers would i amplify? i have a raptor with the B&O system.

would it make sense to amplify the kick panel 6.5" Speakers, change my rear pods to a 6.5"
keep the factory dash speakers (The 4" and the centre one") and those would be powered by factory amplifier which would also give the vehicle beeps and dings etc. (i would also upgrade these speakers)

i did find this wiring harness which i would rather not purchase. as i do have a LCI2 Pro output converter id want to use as well

anyhelp or advice, thanks

If you're worried about the dings being too loud, they won't be as long as you don't crank the gain too far on the amp.

that is a thought but my main concern was

If i amplify all of my car speakers, (using the lc2i pro output converter) would this stop car alerts from going through the speakers?

or will all of the speakers play all of the sounds just as they do now? because the speakers will get their signal from the amplifier and the amplifier will get its sound from the lci2 which gets its inputs from the stock speakers too?

maybe im over thinking this i just want to make sure it all works as it should?

The B&O is an A2B system. Your best results would be to get an A2B converter to replace the B&O Amp/DSP. I would contact the @plugnplaykits folks and pick their brains.
