How do I return an item bought on the Ford accessory site?

I bought the cockpit cover for the 2 door and it is awful. The stitching rips as soon as you start to tightenen it down. I cannot for the life of me find where to initiate a return. Anyone have a link to the return page?

It's a long arduous process. I am still waiting on a refund for well over a month on an item that was returned immediately by the dealer.

You have to call the # on the ford accessories page. But good luck! I ordered the 2dr rocker covers, they shipped me the 4dr versions and it took 5 phone calls and 3+ weeks to finally get the correct ones shipped to me.

Ford accessories customer support is dreadful!
