How do you like me now? Beautiful Area 51 / MIC Roof Combo- NOT BAD...

For me, it's always been between A51 with Gray and Desert Grey with white. I figured if the white isn't available, I've either got to paint or go with Area 51. The other trouble I wrestle with is that the hard top will only be on 5+ months in Chicago area, the rest of the year the black soft top when it's up....

I dig it. Having a color matched hardtop JL though, I still might go down that road once we see how it looks. Having the rear side windows removable in the modular hardtop is a nice feature too.

Roof rack is black,,does not match, wipers are black does not match, bumper is black , does not match, grill is different grey and the MIC grey top actually looks like a lighter color grey and does not match the fender flares and door handles.. that's with just a picture on the internet, I am sure if we were to see it up close you could pick it apart even more. Looks like a bunch of mismatched shit to me. But, that's just like my opinon, man.

I like the grey top and I think I may order my Bronco in silver. It's a nice combination. I am thinking about changing from an OB to a BD.

I know most people hate the standard Gray top, however, I do feel it looks good with Area 51. After seeing so many pictures of that color roof (I know its not the same) today, it confirms my decision to stay with Area 51 / staying with Gray top (Saving $1,900)

It definitely looks better here than it has on other trucks because the rest of this truck is so good looking...but you'd only be saving $1200 over the Painted top. $1900-$700 for the MIC if survey pricing holds....oh, unless you're getting the 2 door. Then I guess it would/may be that much.

The photos that Ford has had a chance to retouch always make it seem much darker than it really is. I really have no doubt they're doing it on purpose. The more raw shots from Bronco Nation and the indoor reveal of the concept from today show it in all its light gray ugliness.

Agreed. I personally don’t care much what exact color it is, but I really would like for the roof, flares, mirrors, bumpers, etc. to all match.
