Around 20 miles. I'd go to my local one but they forgot to opt into the reservation system on reveal night. I'm sticking with the one that's a bit further because they were quick to email me after my order and have been very responsive to questions. They're also quite knowledgable on the Bronco, which seems to be a rarity.

Just curious, just by the laws of supply and demand why would a dealership offer a big discount on a vehicle that is supposedly already oversubscribed? And isn’t Ford making the allocations on how many vehicles each dealership will receive?

Just doesn’t seem to make sense for a dealership to go through a year of losing money due to Covid in 2020 and then in 2021 unnecessarily discount a hot vehicle that’s likely to fly off the lot anyway.
Where is the dealership you work for located? ;)

789 Miles from the Florida Panhandle to Stephens in WV. Planning on flying up and driving back. Shipping is still an option but either way I save a few grand! Stephens Auto for the WIN!

I've been traveling all my life to get this thing...so counting up all of the traveling I've done to date, driving my cars + airmiles life to date, I'd say its about 2 million miles give or take.

But for the trip from my new house to the dealer to pick it up, it'll be about 11 miles at dealer invoice pricing.

The dealers that are discounting the Bronco have two things economically going for them:

1. They won't be losing money selling at a discount below invoice. They are rewarded by the manufacturer with dealer holdback rebates and volume rebates at the end of the year.

2. The more Bronco reservations they have and convert into actual sales will actually increase their allocation of dealer stock units when Ford starts manufacturing those and delivering them to dealers.

So your midsize dealer that is sticking to MSRP + ADM, will convert sales from dumb-money buyers, but they will be missing out on the volume and their future allocations will be lower. And they will miss out on the high demand volume that will come from buyers wanting the Bronco after seeing all of us early reservation holders driving around in these beauties! Because the inventory they will have on their lots will be limited.
