Wife and family that know how to drive a manual, umm, yeah ok? I guess that's what I'm socially obligated to do...

But I won't be in the room. If I hear someone grind the gears...well I might not talk to them ever again.

Everyone in the family will drive the Bronco the first or second day. It's a treat to share.

It's not like this for every car we have. I've had my Tremor for 8 months and I'm the only one that has driven it. It will be real tough if I ever need to take that in for service.

I will most likely have my 8 year old start it, put it in drive and move it ten feet at the dealership. She'll love to tell people she was the first to drive it.

My Dad and my son have the same name. When my Dad ordered a Jeep years ago we took him down to pick it up. My Dad pointed out the salesman, just some unknown man to my son, and told him to go introduce himself. My son was 9. He walked up to the salesman and told him his name. The salesman played along and showed him "his" new Jeep including going through showing him all the features. It was awesome for the kid.

The Jeep is long gone and Dad has passed but the memories remain.

Brought home a new Bronco Sport from the dealer. My 18 yr old son wanted to take it to show his friends (OMG). I trust him so I let him take it, but not without sweating the whole time it was gone. Since then he's take it a few times...

Now, the Bronco, which I don't have yet, will be a manual. Not much to worry about as my kids and probably most people I know don't know how to drive a manual. So we'll see, but I'd rather they not learn how with the Bronco.

My son got to drive at the off Roadeo, I need buyin from my wife to continue finding the bronco habit, so I’ll let her drive anytime she wants as well. My 14 year old daughter who hadn’t even taken drivers Ed yet threatened she is going to steal it from me - that is the real concern.

My best friend has had to listen to me for over a year talk about the Bronco, so he gets to drive it day one. After me of course.

My friend at work who has been the best supporter and never tired of listening drove it the first day I took it to work. Now he can tell everyone that has thoughts about how I should have built it that the 2.3 has plenty of power. Someday my wife will want to.

I love my wife to death, but the key to a happy marriage is we don't drive each other's rigs. May sound weird, but she's just as particular with her ride as I am. When we were younger it was ok, but as we started having kids, we have hers, mine, and a family vehicle which is free for all.
