I made it 5,900 or so and then was nailed pretty good. Had a repair done but it still looks bad.

2nd week and around 500 miles, chip in the bottom center which turned into a crack straight up my windshield the next day

I don't remember the mileage but it was about 2 1/2 months for the first chip and then a couple of days later another one that turned into a huge crack. Got a new windshield last September, none yet so far but I do live in Alberta so I expect one any time.

Got one last June about 3500 miles in...had them replace the glass when they did the windshield seal recall.

Its a catchers mit. Not a ford issue. Look at jeeps. They all have cracks.

First rock chip around 1800 miles, before I even got it home, it turned into a vertical crack 3/4 the height of the windshield. Got another rock chip less than three weeks after having it replaced. Repaired the chip. Three days ago, got another vertical crack 1/2 the height of the windshield at about 5500 miles. Started out as a chip at the very top of the windshield that I couldn’t see from the inside, I don’t know how long it had been there. I have a 1500 mile trip planned ten days from now. Definitely not replacing it again til I get back. I just know if I did, I’ll lose another windshield on the trip.

1st month of owning it, what I think was a stress crack appeared vertically at the bottom of the windshield right below the passenger wiper. Luckily, since then it made a horizontal turn just above the wiper and now extends to the passenger end of the windshield so that it is not too visible. It still irks me that it cracked so quickly and for no apparent reason!

day 8 at 492 miles. repaired 2 days later and nothing since. I turned 5000k last night. I know, just jinxed myself.

Had a 1993 Explorer. Chips were the norm. Waited one time and had 7 or 8, got it replaced and 2 days later took a rock again.

Wow, you've got me beat. I made it a few thousand miles before mine cracked. It did take me months to get my new windshield, though, hopefully you got your replacement faster than I did.
