The main thing that I would struggle with is the fact that 366 miles is the first 1/3 of the engines break in period. The way the engine is broken in could potentially have a big impact on its longevity.

Some people will insist that the break in period does not matter. But that should be YOUR decision. Not some schmuck at the dealership. It sounds like it possibly came in on the 15th and they didn't let you know it was ready until they were done playing with it. That's so disrespectful.

Did you ask the dealer about the miles? Did the dealer have an explanation? Dealers usually document how many miles the vehicle was delivered to their lot with. Also I think I recall someone posting that if Ford did testing with the truck for quality control, Ford documented that with a slip of paper in the glove box explaining that is what occurred and how many miles were put on testing. I think that forum member posted a picture of the paper slip. Check your glove box and see if you find one.

That's way too much. I'd be livid.

Mine had 5. Were you stuck at Dirt Mountain for a while?

Mine had 39 but the paperwork says it had 8. I didn't make a fuss about 31 mile discrepancy but in your case I'd make sure the dealer notes the actual miles at delivery as that effects your warranty coverage. Warranty starts from the miles at sale, not 0.

7 on mine, is it really 366 in your's? That's way out of any acceptable range without an explanation. I'd not be worried about the engine being trashed or anything like that at such low mileage, modern engines don't even need that 'break in' really, but I'd have some questions. Was this a mannequin? I'd still take it without any paranoia about it blowing up on the way home, but an explanation would be pretty much required. Did you reserve/order this one or was it dealer stock? Then maybe they got it from an other partner dealer or something like that.

I had 17. Seemed to be more than what would be required from factory to dealership but I wasn't worried about it. They did take it out to fill it up, maybe they took the long way there.

I had 7 and would have absolutely lost my mind if it had 366 on it.

6 miles.

Anything over 200 miles, I’d consider that used.

On ice mountain for a couple months and only had 13.

366 is absurd for something you ordered.

I had 8. My saleswoman was good enough to call me before it even made it off the truck, so they didn't have time to hoon it.

Wow, that's beyond generous. I'd be suspicious and bring it up for an explanation with anything over 20.
