How to find out when your order will be pulled.

A couple weeks ago I posted a forum saying my dealer made several phone calls to Ford and found out that my Bronco would be built in February even though I did not have a build date or anything in the backdoor link. People replied to me saying I should not believe my dealer and that they were making false promises. I checked backdoor this morning and found out I am scheduled for February 21 as my dealer predicted a couple weeks ago. Back then there was nothing shown in the backdoor but somehow Ford knew in advance that my order would be scheduled. All my dealer manager had to do was make a few calls to some people in Detroit and they told him my order would be pulled soon. It sounds like Ford already knows when our orders will be pulled and they have a schedule already made.

I don't doubt what you say. Makes me more hopeful to receive a scheduling date in Jan.or Feb. and considering what the Sales Manager said to me a few weeks back.

Is it possible that his dealer saw it previewing and based upon experience that most previewed vehicles are chosen, made a prediction of a February build?

The dealer can only get the right info if they know the secret handshake and password, not all do.

I kinda think Ford is scheduling so as to not have people cancel, then they can bump the order later. (Because it seems a lot got scheduled for 2-21) coincidence? I don't know.

That's how much faith i have right now. Which is fine i guess, it's the smooth move

I have no idea who he called. He said that he called numerous people

Nah, they will be building both at same time, 21MY clean up and 22MY
