I pull mine out and hit them with a scrub brush and car wash soap about once a month. Any chemical you put on them to make them look better will make them slippery. You can’t really keep them from looking dusty.

From time to time I’ll take them out and throw them in the bathtub. Some warm water and a brush works wonders - they always look brand new after.

P.s. - No, I don’t join them in the bath tub when I do this...:cautious:

Chemical Guys has a floormat cleaner that keeps them matte (and not slippery) for <$10 on Amazon. I do it once every ~3 months for my truck to keep them looking new. But for my Jeep I just shake off the big chunks of mud and then toss them back in.

The mats are removable. Take them out of the Bronco. Throw them on the ground and hose them off.

They're like underwear - just flip 'em over.

Water. And if I'm feeling saucy I'll scrub em with some soap and hose em off. They're floor mats, don't overthink this.

Get Weathertech floor mats to go on top, and get carpet floor mats to keep the Weathertech mats looking good, and then get…. Seriously, they are floor mats that are intended to take abuse and eventually get replaced. Just hose them off when they get dirty.
