Welp, this makes me lean more towards getting a Badlands and swapping out the grille and headlights so I can snag a high package while maintaining MGV and the BD look!

Great walkthrough, thank you!

well that looks pretty easy. I thought I remember seeing a thread on here saying that upgrading to signature lights would require all kinds of work and be super expensive.

However, unless I'm not understanding something, it looks like all you'd need to do is purchase the signature lights and then just swap them out.

I thought it was nearly impossible and or very expensive to swap out signature headlights for standard lights too. Until I saw this thread.

apparently it's the rear LED lights that are difficult due to a module or something. @Rick Astley did a great write up on the swap as it pertains to a Ranger since there wasn't any Broncos being produced yet.

And after re-reading his post again, I realize I got to the price of $5,200 total cost for front and rear and immediately wrote it off due to cost! And I stopped looking farther since I ordered a Badlands.

However, now that signature headlights are now about $900 on Ebay, it's very doable for the front. And I think some guys with Signature lights but want the look of Base grill and lights, you might be able to swap with them and pay them some money for their Signature lights.

@Stage 3 Motorsports thank you for the video. Watched it the other day.

Wow really easy. You can literally remove the grille in 5 mins or less. In the other end of the spectrum…anyone ever try to replace a headlight bulb in a VW mid-2000’s Beetle? Talk about a job that will make you curse in 12 different languages.

I paid 1,400 for signature lights from eBay.
