Great find, I know there are plenty of people that fee constrained about the trim levels and not getting the grill they prefer so its nice to know its an easy change

Well, that is easy and something to look forward to if I get a model with a grille I'm not fond of. Thanks for sharing.

Aftermarket could be massive just for this feature.

Massive! I actually like the Wildtrak grill, but went with the Badlands. Plus the aftermarket possibilities will be really fun to choose from.

depends on the material. If its something like thermoplastic like the roof it "could" be cheap.

However with all the hardware attachment points it likely would be impossible to do with a home setup like people do with kydex holsters.

Likely the best bet is very expensive injection molding

And gucci expensive metal ones

and as metal sintering 3d printing gets going you would likely be able to design your very own grill and have it printed by a company. However i dunno how the cost scales with size. right now its likely super expensive

traditional plastic 3d printing would likely be no good unless you used a special type of plastic that is UV resistant. Also large format printers of that size i dont really think exist. Also dunno how hot the front of the car gets in the summer heat/with engine. could deform the grill based on the temperature rating of the plastic

Waiting for that obligatory EB grille style with FORD across the front. I think it's gonna be sweet! (AS long as it doesn't follow the trend with all of the aftermarket flare options currently able to be seen).
