Remove the windshield header trim panel. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-05.

Anyone know what this is exactly...

Damn that's a lot just to access what I need. Guess I'll take it to the dealer for now

Depends on what you are trying to get to, I needed to access the hardtop panel striker plates and I was able to just remove the sun visor clips/stops and gently pull down on the trim and access the bolts. That's all I did.

Also, when I adjusted the strike plates to get the front panels even and a little lower the driver side had only the outboard 50 torx bolt tight, the inside bolt was about 1/4" from making contact with the plate. wth?
I also turned in all four "J hook" cam latches three turns each to get a better seal along the sides and front. That, along with with the strike plate adjustments (a good 1/8" lower) really helped with the wind noise, and was well worth the time. The front edges are now even, and lower (tighter).

Still waiting on getting it back*, we'll see how the dealership adjusted my hardtop when it does. At least now if I want to do a little tweak I know how to access it.

*Replacement plastic pieces by the windshield/mirrors.

I have an issue with hardtop fitment.
My post is here:
(53) Hardtop fitment issues | Page 2 | Bronco6G - 2021+ Ford Bronco & Bronco Raptor Forum, News, Blog & Owners Community

I may have to do this myself, unfortunately as the dealer is balking.

I see about removing the tops, and taking off the sunvisor clips but I need guidance on the following:
1) do I need to remove the housing around the forward collision instrumentation? (lux package)
2) if so, is it just a matter of using a clip removal tool and popping off the black housing?
3) then I assume I can carefully pull down the panel (pulling clips out) on the middle piece of trim and get to the striker bolts?
4) are the striker bolts T50 or T50 plus?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to damage the vehicle.
