Drinking at the bar (Bubs in Winona). Buddy has a reservation he doesn’t want. How do I use it and not cost either of us any money?

Non-transferable (maybe family upon death non-tranferable). You can only purchase after his transaction is complete, hope the dealer doesn't get wind of the deal or they will deny him/you the sale...

Tell him to change his order to what you want. Buy it from him for what he paid for it. Do not go to the dealership with him when he picks it up.

Tell your buddy to talk to his dealer and let them know that you will be buying the Bronco.

I did that for my brother in law and the dealer had no issues with it. Even gave him the same invoice deal that I would've got.

I like this 100% above board method. If they don't approve it, at least I rest easy knowing I tried to do the right thing.
