Had a rare day to myself mid week and decided I had been putting off checking out Gorman for too long. A 45minute drive and $5 entry fee and I was in. I was alone and the park was empty so I just stuck to the easy stuff on and around Powerline Rd.
Views were great and the park is well maintained. Hopefully it isn't too much of a mad house on the weekends because I can't wait to go back. I was airing back up just in time for some light rain and headed home. If you're in Southern or Central California this is a very accessible park and has lots to do for experienced drivers and total newbies like myself.
I rode on maybe 4 beginner trails and didn't see even 1/4 of the park. It's massive and has camping sites, picnic areas and bathrooms.
