This is good to know. I never use auto in the winter because it can't keep the windshield clear when it's actually cold. Maybe this one works better.

On mine, the "Auto low" option never seems to go below fan speed 3...which is still super loud. Anyone else? My mom's '21 Explorer has the same Auto low, med, high like the Bronco and hers works just fine when you set it to a specific temp.

Ford also took away the temp displayed on the knob with the 2022s...

I really like the adjustment. I leave it on the three dots all the time in my Tremor. Once it reaches temp, it just cruises but then when I am running errands, it cools/heats quickly instead of taking forever. My wife just doesn’t seem to get the auto temp deal. She wants to adjust the temp and fan herself.

As far as the temp display, does it really mean anything? IMHO the degrees are relative. I’ll agree with winter time running. The auto doesn’t seem to kick on the defrost enough or I’m just a heavy mouth breather (that’s more than likely the case).

I did a search in manual in car. Didnt find anything. Except some generic messaging.

It's been answered, but when I push it, I get this in the display (I turned some things on in FORScan)

The dot on the auto button each represent the fan speed output to get to the temperature that was selected on the rotary dial only when in auto. 1 dot is slowest fan speed, 2 dots medium fan speed, 3 dots is the fastest fan speed.
So is are the fan speeds in auto 1, 4, and 7?
