HVAC temp control not working

HVAC temp control on my 2022 Bronco Sport OB has not been responding since the cold weather hit a few weeks ago.

blows max cold regardless of fan speed/vent/temperature selection.

If driving for more than 15 - 20 minutes at highway speeds, the heater may/may not start responding.

Left at the dealership for two weeks for parts/repairs. They claimed to have fixed the problem but it is no better than before, just more aggravating.

I’ve read of similar problems but none others seem to match the issues I’m having.

Has anyone else experienced this particular problem with HVAC?

had the same issue with my 2019 ranger this summer. dealer replaced the plenum doors problem solved. find a new dealer
