Welp…it finally happened. I finally got to test drive a Ford Bronco today for the first time. I lucked out as this four door Badlands is very close to like the one I ordered with the exceptions being this one having leather seats and 2.3 liter engine. It was nice being able to test out the upgraded sound system due to this one having the lux package along with noise levels having the soft top both on and off the front seats. I have to say overall I was very impressed. I could hear the music just fine which had very nice treble and the passenger talk clearly driving 50mph even with the soft top front section off. I’m sure there lots of settings you can change to make the stereo system sound even better but I didn’t mess with those. The ease of taking the soft top off the front section and putting it back on is crazy. Literally takes less than ten seconds. Just another reason why I am glad I switched to a soft top now. No real issue with wind noise either but I only got up to 50mph so not sure how good it would be on the interstate with driving at a higher speed. The seats were very comfortable and I would definitely not have an issue sitting on them for several hours at a time. The 2.3 liter engine had no issues whatsoever getting up to 50mph. Honestly had more power than I was expecting. Sounded really good too. Even though I ordered the 2.7 liter engine I wouldn’t be disappointed at all with the 2.3.

I’m planning to test drive a four door Big Bend on Monday so I will give reviews of that one also if I am able to make it.

Woo hoo! The chipmunk driving a school bus yellow more door! My how far you’ve come since the 2door dream days😜
I would love to test drive a two door but I can’t find anywhere near me to do so. :( They definitely seem to be a rare breed.

I think you made the right call switching. The extra room they bring can’t be made up for in the aftermarket.

What were your impressions about driving on pavement? Did it handle well?

with the exceptions being this one having the Sasquatch package, leather seats and 2.3 liter engine.
As my aunt always said, except for the differences, they are exactly the same.

I drove the exact same package today , but it was in TX.
same color same SAS, with the 2.3 .
I was very impressed with the power it had. will stick with the 2.3 on my build.
didn't get to go on highway ,just a 15 minute ride around the neighborhood but I did get to punch it twice and it was very responsive .
my build is still a 2Door and I will stay there . will not fall for the siren songstress calling.
OBX 2D, Rapid Red , roast leather seats, aux switches. 2.3 , 10A with 3.73 gears
won't see it until 2022 but thats OKAY . it gives them more time to get it right .
thanks for posting this thread ( Lilj4425 )

my resv. was 12/23/20. , ordered on 1/20/21

Am I missing something or is this just a standard badlands WITHOUT Sasquatch? 🤔 I know sometimes it’s hard to tell in pictures. But to me this is stock badlands no squatch. Unless you drove another one that’s not in the pics.
