Our second retail bronco came in last week and the customer picked it up on Saturday. Monday morning at open of business she came in to see if we could get the top closed/fixed. She had it flipped open and it caught the top of her garage. I felt bad for her

"The Broncos been great, from wading into the gulf extracting a Waverunner"

Sorry to hear about the soft top, but I am curious just how far did you waid into the gulf with your Bronco? Did you submerge the axles?

Dang this is like the 3rd time I’ve seen this today on 3 different website from wrangler, gladiators and Broncos. Sorry about your bad luck!

Well after this happened and my head wasn't in the right space, while trimming the trees still thinking about my broken Bronco, I trimmed the last of the limbs that could have posed a risk to my mom's house and leaned too far out ladder slid, I slide, broke my foot. So it did get worse.
Dam dude, sorry all that happened to you! You should have just stayed in bed this morning

damn, what a shame, sorry that happened! But it brings to mind public garages (I can't fit my Bronco into my garage), some of those are pretty low and something like that roof back there is easy to forget. And with a sashquatch package, we might just ride high enough to do this.

I hope you get it fixed soon and your foot heals quickly, hope the storm doesn't create too much chaos!

I like it!! But being retired Air Force, I'm going to stick a red tag with "lower first" right next too my garage door opener button that will be their anytime I drop the top!
"Red Tags" generally were for unserviceable items or NRTS - not repairable this station - love the old 1500 series tags. I'd recommend a "Remove aka lower" before parking flag/lanyard. LOL just some tips from a retired AF maintainer. Cheers!

OP - bummer about the top and Foot. Heal well and quickly.

So just two weeks into ownership of my Bronco I broke the Soft Top!

The Broncos been great, from wading into the gulf extracting a Waverunner, to hauling luggage and passengers to and from the airport with ease, and swallowing a flatbed full Sam's club items it's cavernous cargo area!

In exchange for it's fantastic abilities and service I give my bronco a big thank you by smashing my soft top into my garage wall. I probably would have been better off had the bronco been safely held at the Michigan Assembly plant!

I wonder if there's a part number for just the composite panel at the hardware screws into?

You should back up a little further so we can actually see what you’re taking a picture of…
