The $100 reservation charge was from the dealer chosen, not Ford. Check your credit card statements.
hence if you changed dealers before order, the $100 was refunded by the first dealer.

My reservation was to Ford when I made the online reservation on launch day, and it was refunded when I placed my order.

Must be consumer laws in Canada that are the difference.

To back up this I just went through every statement and I never got a refund so atomicdog is 100% correct.

When I purchased our Bronco Sport back in January, the dealer didn't have a clue about the $100 and the Ford rep didn't either. The $100 was not deducted from the sale price. I had to show the dealer the credit card charge and after some wrangling they issued a $100 check to me (weeks after the sale).
