Theres a pretty specific message that you can’t, couldn’t be accidental. The 2 door is significantly lighter than the 4 door so that would explain possibly.

The tip index of a 2 door will be far higher than a 4 door due to wheelbase. Weight means nothing here (especially for a probably 50 pound roof rack). Most 4x4 trucks from Ford/Toyota/Chevy etc are 76"s tall which is about 4 inches taller than a Bronco and they weigh more. The fact that you can do it on the 2 door and not the 4 door is a bug in the code.

I've been in IT for 25 years. I can tell you that the website programming for this involves a database matrix that based on the model, trim, and options each option/package/accessory checks to see what is required so it can be installed (Have to have a 10 speed manual for 2.7l engine), and what it cannot be installed with (Can't currently install Sasquatch with Manual). Those items are then added to the webpage shown when you click on details for an option programmatically. It would and can change depending on what the programmers set in the DB Matrix. Currently I believe they set the flag incorrectly for Roof Racks and 4 door sasquatch. Thats why it shows this here:

It has the require field and the not available with field. The rockstars just have to update the matrix and flag this correctly. It also programmatically removes options that can't be installed based on these settings which is why the Wildtrak doesn't even have the roof racks listed. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. Also, like we've all said, at worst you can just order the roof rack separately and install it yourself in 5-10 minutes.

Except those same trailers and containers ship F150 4x4's and Raptors which are bigger, taller, and heavier than a 4 door Bronco. It's got to be a code bug.

And the sound deadening as well. I have no issues adding all of these to a 2 Door Badlands. And if the spec sheets are right the 4 Door is neither wider nor taller than the 2 Door just longer. So it doesn't have anything to do with the "commercial" width lights required on the Raptor.

Yah sound deadening headliner making you go with the 2.3L engine is a bug for sure.
