Interesting. I'll have to try to find the sheet I'm referencing again. It is a bug with the 4 door, you can build a 2 door with sasquatch with the roof rack:

Theres a pretty specific message that you can’t, couldn’t be accidental. The 2 door is significantly lighter than the 4 door so that would explain possibly. It is a bug with the 4 door, you can build a 2 door with sasquatch with the roof rack:
The tip index of a 2 door will be far higher than a 4 door due to wheelbase. Weight means nothing here (especially for a probably 50 pound roof rack). Most 4x4 trucks from Ford/Toyota/Chevy etc are 76"s tall which is about 4 inches taller than a Bronco and they weigh more. The fact that you can do it on the 2 door and not the 4 door is a bug in the code.Theres a pretty specific message that you can’t, couldn’t be accidental. Absolutely. Bug in the code.Still
Doesn’t explain why I can’t get sound deadening in a HT with sas...
There absolutely has to be some bugs if there isn’t please Ford just say why so then your customers will know and understand
Pretty simple ...
Except those same trailers and containers ship F150 4x4's and Raptors which are bigger, taller, and heavier than a 4 door Bronco. It's got to be a code bug.It may have to due with shipping. They still need to fit on standard shipping trailers/ train cars.
The longer 4 door may not fit with sasquatch and roof rack.
They may not have accounted for the extra weight of both for EPA tests.
But still don't know why it wouldn't just be a DIO at that point since it wouldn't be a factory configuration.
And the sound deadening as well. I have no issues adding all of these to a 2 Door Badlands. And if the spec sheets are right the 4 Door is neither wider nor taller than the 2 Door just longer. So it doesn't have anything to do with the "commercial" width lights required on the Raptor. It is a bug with the 4 door, you can build a 2 door with sasquatch with the roof rack:
Yah sound deadening headliner making you go with the 2.3L engine is a bug for sure. And the sound deadening as well. I have no issues adding all of these to a 2 Door Badlands. Agreed on the 2D Badlands I am able to add the deadening while keeping the 2.7L as well.Yah sound deadening headliner making you go with the 2.3L engine is a bug for sure.
