Ok, a bit confused... Your title says South Bay and sounds like you are not happy with communication from your dealer but you don't say which and your profile says you are from Los Angeles.
So I don't know if this help but in California, at least from this boards perspective, there are only 2 dealers that have been on the up and up.
Kerney Mesa in San Diego area, and Serramonte in the SF Bay area. Both initially offered invoice type deals, But those are over, however they seem to be very transparent and not trying to pull anything shady or back pedal what they said.
Although neither is as communicative as Granger is, both I believe respond extremely well if you reach out to them.
[/QUOTE im not trying to bash as much as see if anyone else at this dealer feels the same way or am I the only one getting the runaround....thanks yea i know about those dealers.....but mine at lest is sticking to msrp and no fees.. I just feel weird about this deal...Hope Im wrong.
Did not know that. Thought there was only one Bay area in Cali !southbay is in la...its southbay ford.. but im not trying to bash as much as see if anyone else at this dealer feels the same way or am I the only one getting the runaround....thanks yea i know about those dealers.....but mine at lest is sticking to msrp and no fees.. I just feel weird about this deal...Hope Im wrong.
wait what!!!! So we have some excellent dealers on our forum that have provided invaluable info and insight....and the forum chased them off?I thought the same thing when I saw "South Bay" - was thinking San Jose area. Unfortunately, Serramonte is no longer active here on B6G (but is on the 'other' Bronco forum) due to the fact that they couldn't participate on the forum unless they wanted to pay for the ability to use the forum - which in my opinion is pure BS. There are only a handful of dealers who really stepped up to serve us as buyers, and Serramonte was one of them (along with Granger, Sewell and a couple others).. they are good for our community and this board, but now aren't here.. so this means I'm now spending more time on the other forum so I can continue to get updates from my dealer.
That’s BS.. poor form B6GShame... shame... shame...
I know we didn't have to pay to join, and I could see charging vendors a reasonable yearly fee...Shame... shame... shame...
Do you have an order number yet?I wonder if anyone at this dealer has a build date? Im crossing my fingers that i get scheduled soon, first editions going to be 21 so time is running out... probably just nothing to report but id like some comms.
