I have an order number but never converted my reservation

My dealer can’t locate my unconverted reservation from last year. When I log into ford I see this screen that has an order number dating to 3/15. Any idea what’s going on? I’m lost.

Yes, I see that now. You have an order number instead of a reservation number on the Ford website. Contact your dealer and specifically ask for the DORA.

Some dealers did convert reservations to orders before the 3/19 deadline to improve their allocation numbers. Either they did you a favor or they are trying to steal it from you. They should have a record of the order. Hope it works out well for you.

Of corse, some folks have placed orders and have VIN’s but NO Bronco. Just another form of cruelty applied through a different method.

I got the email this morning about 2021 reservations being reassigned to 2022 and to reselect my choices but the website seems to be overwhelmed probably due to everyone getting the same message.

That's actually your reserrvation number. If it had been converted to an actual order your would have gotten a different four digit number from your deal.
