I’ve not had any issues with my Fast Intentions catback. The tip angle is adjustable but I have it about 0.75” from the bumper.

No I did not for the amount of time I owned her. And drove her on 1000 mile trips and no issues.

The AWE system is definitely one of the best sounding exhausts for the Bronco. I ran the dual tip setup, single tip and the bash guard setup and they all sounded great.

Glad you're enjoying it and thanks for the shoutout!

I ran their system in all of it's configurations for quite some time and put a bunch of miles on it. Zero issues with anything especially any melting plastic on the bumper.

He says it in the video. He had exhaust exit turned upwards in the incorrect position. Installation error

I'm not even sure how anyone could screw this up. The hanger puts the exit of the bash guard aiming down. There's really no other way it goes so I'm really not sure what that guy did to mess it up.

Here's how it looks on our Bronco.

I really don't think there's any need to be worried. There's a ton of people out there running the same setup without any issues. As mentioned we have no idea what he did to have that happen but he was clearly open about having it not installed correctly which caused that to happen.

He can probably make some rotational adjustments at all the connection points (mid-pipe and bash guard pipe) to give him more clearance at the tip. All the pipes have bends in them to clear various underbody parts, so any rotation in one direction will cause a change in clearance down the line. That is why the instructions say to not tighten all the bolts down until you have everything connected and adjusted properly.

Well said, hit the nail on the head!

Small adjustments farther upstream can have huge impact on where everything lands, so dialing in fitment correctly before operation is a must.

Thankfully it seems from the video he knows what he did wrong and corrected it quickly. (y)
