I Just had my Bronco rustproofed with Noxudol 900.

I just had my Bronco rustproofed with Noxudol 900. It was done at Automotive Protection services in Fairfax, VA. I'm just wondering if anybody else has done this. Here's a description

I can see the advantage of doing the frame rails and undercarriage bits Ford leaves bare.

aren’t the body panels galvanized or aluminum and more resistant to corrosion?

Have any owners noticed yet, if water tends to collect inside the Bronco frame rails? That has been a longer term problem for some 4x4s, notoriously with the Jeep TJ frame rails, which caused rusting from the inside out. (In fact I drilled some drain holes in my Jeep TJ frame to prevent water collecting inside.) Hopefully the Bronco frame does not have that issue.

I recently got an estimate from them, for Noxudol $600 and $175 for cavity wax.

The thing I've been wondering about is whether the cavity wax is necessary, considering that the doors, hood, and front fenders are aluminum. It would seem most helpful for the rear quarters, which apparently are steel.

The same place also offers Woolwax for $450.

Something I read about the Noxudol is that it's a lot more to contend with when working on the vehicle, in terms of removing it from nuts/threads. But of course that should mean it lasts longer than Woolwax too.
