Yesterday I returned to the scene of my rock incident. Unfortunately I couldn't complete the trail because there were some large boulders that had slid into the path.

The Badaks dug well but I couldn't get over them with my low belly height and rear lower control arms. It was incredibly frustrating since the early Broncos with us with 35s had no issues clearing.

I averaged 15mpg on the drive out and back of about 150 miles.

How much lift are you thinking? Barnes offroad has rear axle brackets that look like you can mod them to move the rear shocks up more than the factory mounts.
2" I think. But I'm also coming to the conclusion that there's not much to be gained building further and it's best to leave it mild and know when to turn back. The mods required to go to the next level ruin what makes the Bronco great.

Well said Dick!
btw, I’m loving the sun top that I bought from you…..so much that I just bought another as a spare. Best value part I’ve purchased!

You should have seen the size of rocks these can throw, the Territories would be jealous. I was worried for my spotter's life.

I wasn't happy with the lateral grip so I did a thing. Might do more later but even with a heated groover it's a workout.

So I reset my mpg and it's looking like I'm going from around 20 combined to around 14 combined.
That's pretty much my same numbers from the 33s to big-ass 35s. 19.6 to 14.4.

Did you have trouble programming the circumference? It took me a bunch of trial and testing to match the gps speed. I have about 15k on my new tires now and I wonder if the setting is off from wear. I have yet to retest.

They look great and good to hear they work off-road. Waiting/watching for the lift. Even if you haven't loved mud in the past, you are going to have to give those things a spin.

I didn't adjust the circumference for these since they're only for spot duty.
