I'd say get the 4dr. I had a Challenger with an infant in a detachable seat/base car seat. The passenger seat had to be all the way fwd once the child seat was in the base. If the kiddo was already strapped in, popping the seat into the base wasn't too bad, but getting it out meant climbing all the way in thru the drivers side, releasing the latch, getting out and going back to the passenger side to remove it. Oh, and the drivers seat didn't go fwd far enough to get the seat through on that side.

Thankfully I didn't haul him much!
Once they are front facing, the game becomes MUCH easier, but those rear face are killer in a 2dr.

Ex-wife drove an Explorer, I had Mustangs and was never an issue with two kids. And I took them to school most everyday from elementary (some of those were car seat ages) up to junior/high school. I say get what you want, you'll find ways to make it work.

2 door, babies are over rated. Tell that kid if he can’t compliment your lifestyle this isn’t going to work out.

Why on earth would you waste money on a sasquatch package if you're not off-roading? Seriously why is this even a question?

Forget the baby aspect of it. Just get aftermarket wheels tires and a lift instead and donate the money you saved to your favorite charity. Like you new babies college fund.

I'm serious if you just like the look you can get it way cheaper.

Buy the 4dr and lift it and now you get to pick a set of wheels you like.

That's what I'm doing by the way. I have a three year old and the wife is pregnant with another.

I going 4dr BB only cause I really want mid-package and will add accessories and aftermarket wheels in the future.

All the accessories on B&P seem to be more expensive than what on the afftermark for jeep so I'll hold on those.

I like the look of the sasquatch but $5k?! For stuff I don't need.

No way. I'll picky own wheels and tires and lift it to the hight I want. That's the best part. You can set it up how you like it. Might even look better then sasquatch and cheaper.

Raised two kids from elementary school age up and 2 door Bronco II was not a problem. A third came along and upgraded to four door Explorer. But, a new born with car seat would be a pain in a two door.

If your "99% driving alone" is accurate a two door would suffice.

Speaking as a mom and grandmother, the 4 door. I have not owned a 2 door since 1984. Kids have a lot of stuff and that's life. But with that said, kids are grown and I'm getting a 2 door BD because now I can.

Parent here. Two kids, one almost 20, the other 2.

I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE A 2-DOOR VEHICLE TO TRANSPORT A BABY.

Your wife will leave you and you will live in a van down by the river.

fortunate for you that you have a choice. But if you always put the baby first you can't go wrong and you'll make your other half very happy.....win win

4-door will make your life much easier when transporting the little one. Getting an infant seat into a 2 door is a pain.

my budget in the high 35's msrp
I can have my dream one with sasquatch as a 2D Base even if im not off roading too much, I like the looks
or a steely base as a 4D both come out to about 36 ish, (will add KO2 right after purchase)
i will be havin a baby in march, but the wife has a jetta so that would be the designated car
I just dont want to regret not getting sasquatch just to get a 4D, especially if it will be my daily driver and i would be the only one driving it. 99% of the time

2D.. https://shop.ford.com/configure/bronco/config/summary/Config[|Ford|Bronco|2021|1|1.|101A.E5C..G1...RET.64X.]

4D.. https://shop.ford.com/configure/bronco/config/summary/Config[|Ford|Bronco|2021|1|1.|101A.E5B..G1...43L.RET.]

HELPPPP
Baby = 4D. You won’t regret it. Upgrades can take place later.
