I placed my order yesterday but the confirmation email was not my build?

I ordered my bronco yesterday but the email I received from Ford confirmed a different build. I called the dealership and they stated they had an error message and had to re enter my build. Has this happened to any one else?

He said he put it in correct the second time but I have not received an updated email from Ford showing my build..

I'd ask your dealer for a copy of the submitted preview order.

Yes, we reserved an Outer Banks but changed to a Wildtrak so our order looks like this now but everything’s good as we verified that it is a Wildtrak and when I asked about an updated confirmation email he said they’d be sent out in the coming days or so!

It'll be a week tomorrow that I placed the order, but still no confirmation email, even though it does state the build # (Similar to reserve) and that it's updated to Badlands

Am I missing something?

So same thing happened to me, the dealer ensured me that the right order was placed and when I logged into the ford website it shows the right model
