I'm starting to think the take rate will be much less than Ford is anticipating. I'm judging by the tremendous volume of people on this forum complaining about; not driving it; leaving an additional deposit upon order; colors; roof rails; cup holders!

So thank you for moving me up the list.

:p

Agreed, I'd say 50%.

No way. You are just falling for confirmation bias. Ford has indicated that they believe that the conversion rate will be about 70%. Hell, I'd say that the number of people complaining, or actually announcing their cancellations on 6G is no where near 30% of the users on this site.

I've seen nothing that makes me think that 70% conversion is too high.

I was always on the boat of a low take rate, I just think the $100 reservation, all the hype
And the extended wait time kills the I want everything now and just perfect society we live in...
I don’t need my bronco fast I just want it done right.. so I don’t really care who in front of me drops out or stays in...

You may be right. Anything that will get me thru the next few months--confirmation bias it is.

Ans you thought Ford would say anything less than 70%!

Hey guys I think with all the delays I think we won’t see nearly half the reservations convert to orders.. let’s get this out to public fast, it will help our PR model...?

Now if you want to talk about FE conversion rate, that's a whole 'nother ball game. I'd be surprised if it's above 40%. What are they gonna do with all those extra First Editions?
