Can anyone tell me the difference between the V1 and V2 EZ Steps?

The V1 sits about even with the top of the rock rail. The V2 step sits about 2" lower towards the bottom of the rock rail.

I don't see Free Shipping marked on the paracord handles. Are you shipping them free if the order is placed over the phone?

The paracord handles do not ship free. Because that gentleman was ordering another item we were willing to put them in the same box and not charge shipping on them.
