If you have been following along, you may have seen our AOS system for the 2.7L Broncos. After an outstanding launch of that product, we are excited to announce that we are getting close to releasing a version of this system for the 3.0L Bronco Raptor, and we want YOU to be a part of this experience once again!

As we gear up for the official launch, we are inviting passionate Bronco owners and enthusiasts to join our exclusive Product Tester Program.

The IAG Bronco AOS is a cutting-edge Air/Oil Separator designed to enhance the performance and longevity of your beloved Bronco. Keeping oil out of the engine intake tract is extremely important for preventing premature mechanical failure and maintaining performance. Oil in the intake tract of the engine has several detrimental effects. First, the oil coats the internal portions of the intake, intercooler, and piping. This oil may cause premature failure of rubber or silicone hoses, which leads to failed connections. Once the oil reaches the intake tract, it will directly enter the intake manifold and then the combustion chamber of the engine. Oil inside of the combustion chamber can cause detonation and preignition, high emissions, smoke, loss of power, decreased gas mileage, and even catastrophic engine failure, leading to expensive repair bills.

Be the first to get your hands on the Bronco Raptor AOS before anyone else and be the first to experience its remarkable benefits. You would be a direct influence on development! Your feedback matters to help us refine and perfect the Bronco AOS by providing valuable insights during the testing phase.

Product testing candidates will be offered an exclusive discount on the product to help with the final product!
If you are interested in helping us and being one of the first to install our AOS on your 3.0L Bronco Raptor, please reach out to us via [email protected] for more information!

I will say I was a tester for the 2.7 and I have this system on my Bronco, excellent quality, and worry-free operation. It is a great product from IAG.

I see you routed your hoses so they don’t block the oil filler. Smart.

This is the way vs catch cans. Ran an IAG AOS in my 2020 WRX STi, and it worked great!

I am considering this for my 2.7. QUESTION: Will the mounting area clear my engine cover or can I mount it in an alternate location? Thank you.

Unfortunately you cannot. It only mounts where you see it at in my pic. It attaches to the firewall. Also the way the lines are ran, it needs to be there.

Now, looking at your cover, if you are handy with a Dremel, or cutting tool, where you have the indent on the right, you can enlarge that space, and the AOS will fit in. You may also need to make another indent by the oil, to allow the hoses to route up. I can send you more pics from different angles if you like.

Thank you for the opportunity, I appreciate your contributions to the community and I don’t want this to be perceived negatively however - can you provide some insight why Ford hasn’t included an AOS from the factory?

Unfortunately without modifying your cover, the AOS system would not fit in your engine bay.

A big piece of that is due to cost. In mass-produced vehicles, every penny matters to the manufacturer. The other piece of this is that this is a preventative maintenance item that increases the longevity of the engine. If the powertrain warranty is 5-year/60,000 miles, a manufacturer isn't necessarily going to care what's going on inside of the engine past that point. This system isn't going to save your engine from failure in the first 10,000 miles. But it absolutely can help keep that engine happy down the road once you have 60,80,100K miles and are well outside of the warranty period. Many of the higher end manufacturers already do include Air/Oil Seperator systems on their vehicles in some way. Porsche, BMW, VW, Audi, etc to name a few. These systems are great for someone who is planning on keeping their vehicles (Bronco or otherwise) for many years as well as doing other modifications that increase the performance and therefore the negative effects of DIT and turbo engines past their factory level.
