I have a non-sas Badlands. I want to get a rebound pro. Can the +25mm wheel accommodate 37s? I will use 35s until I get a lift, but it would be great if I didn't have to repurchase wheels in the future for 37s.
Here are some 38x13.50 Falkens on a +25 wheel.

I am unsure if a non-sas bronco is comparable to a raptor…but it look great!

Introducing Rebound PRO wheels with INNERLOCK Technology, from ICON Alloys!

Any hardcore off-road enthusiast knows the numerous benefits that lower tire pressures offer such as improved ride quality and a larger contact patch for increased traction. However, low pressures also increase the risk of de-beading the tire during extreme side loads or aggressive driving. While traditional beadlock wheels address this issue by clamping the tire’s bead, they also need frequent maintenance, require specialty tools/parts, increase rotational mass, and are NOT legal for on-road use.

The ICON Alloys Rebound PRO with patented INNERLOCK Technology offers the best of both worlds by using a robust bead retention system to keep the tire bead secured to the wheel while also being fully DOT compliant. This provides confidence in knowing that your wheels are prepared to tackle whatever situation you encounter - on or off the beaten path. InnerLock is ready for any type of terrain and every single adventure.

What Is InnerLock Technology?
Patented InnerLock technology (U.S. Patent No. 11,090,976) is an all-new way of capturing the tire bead and retaining it onto the wheel. InnerLock uses a series of O-ring sealed, hardened alloy pins that are inserted radially on the inner side of the tire bead to create a barrier that prevents the tire from unseating during extreme side loads. Additionally, InnerLock wheels are lightweight, strong, don’t require bolt retorquing, and are DOT compliant for the ultimate blend of on-road safety and off-road performance.

Used. Abused. Lab Approved.
During an accelerated R&D process ICON engineers subjected the Rebound PRO to thousands of miles of real-world abuse throughout harsh and unforgiving environments. After on-vehicle testing was concluded, the Rebound PRO was sent to an independent contractor for precise lab testing, specifically the FMVSS No.139 Tire Bead Unseat Resistance Test (modified to 10 psi). Results from multiple tests validated the effectiveness of ICON’s InnerLock technology by exceeding the mechanical limits of the machine (over 7600lbs load) without ever de-beading the tire.

Staying true to the ICON Alloys approach, the Rebound PRO has been engineered to maximize caliper clearance and optimize wheel position for un-hindered suspension travel and steering function. Backspace and wheel offset dimensions have been strategically developed to reduce scrub radius, improving all-around handling and ride quality. The Rebound PRO has also been strength tested to yield a 3,200lb load rating - making it one of the strongest wheel options on the market. With build features such as these, it's clear that a set of ICON Alloys wheels is the perfect complement to any truck, Jeep, or SUV.

ICON Alloys Rebound Pro wheels are available in Bronze, Titanium or Satin Black, directly from ICON or through any of our Authorized Dealers.
my only issue with tests is when you air down and the tire folds (bent, deforms, however, you want to call it) there is a gap that allows mud to get inside the rim so when you go back and fill them up the mud is still there preventing full contact with the "outer" ring, allowing small bits of air to get out, and so you end up loosing about 2psi per day and having to pass by the tire shop to get them full unmounted to clean the rim and reattach.

We run the 0 offsets with 37's on the ICON Bronco. But I suspect the 37's on +25 might rub a bit on the crash bar/body mount horns at full lock/stuff. You can trim those or use one of the delete kits on the market.

I run the 0mm offsets on my 2-door Base-non-Squatch with 35's and I thought the stance was perfect when I still had the standard flares and fenders (I've since gone to ADV 5" fenders). Some don't like that much poke, especially with the non-Sasquatch flares, but I think it looks better (yes it does sling more rocks though).

I have the +25mms on my 37 inches, I replaced the whole body mount supports and they rub with the upper control arms at 92% turn on an incline, I should've bought the 0 lol, but in case someone else is wondering

FYI - Just got a nail in my tire with these wheels. I've been to two tire shops that will not repair because it is a bead-lock and they do not have the tools. What a pain :( the search continues.

Depending on the shop, I have heard that some of the shops have not gotten the technical bulletin that these aren't beadlocks. I don't have them yet, but there shouldn't be anything different besides torquing the bolts to the correct value. I could see pulling a bead to the outside of the wheel lip requiring a special tool though.
