Awesome, what are your thoughts? Still have stock tires? I'm thinking about running mine for a while.

As others have said, it is definitely worth the aggravating wait time. I absolutely love it and it is a very capable rig in stock form. After a few mods it will be great for anything that I need. I put on 275/75r-16 tires after 100 miles. Looks much better and now I have 2” lift ordered and will get that installed next month.

Went to my dealer today to finalize some things with my order, and they had this Iconic Silver Black Diamond 2-door. It was sold but, the owner let me drive it to check out the manual trans with the 2.3L. I actually changed the engine/trans on my order after I got back from driving this Bronco.

I snagged some pics to share with the thread; even though this isn't the color I chose, I figured all of you would want to see.

For the record, this looked so damn good in person.

Finally got mine

this silver in some pictures looks like a sheet metal WW2 plane (which is fantastic). However, other times it looks very gray (at least in the pictures which I find less attractive). Is that true in real life? Looking gray.

I wanted to do something like this - but, it was suggested to do it as paint and I wasn't sure I wanted to commit to that. I might see if someone can do it in PPF with the pinstripe.

Whatever it looks like in pictures, it will be better in real life, IMO. I have never caught a glimpse of it looking gray, rain or shine.

It looks gray on overcast days and when its dusty. When its sunny, the silver dances

I'm thinking about painting my support bars for the roof black. Of course that would require my Bronco arriving first, but I think it would look better.


Looks fantastic! Which vendor did you get your Bronco signature plate from?
I wonder why they didn't just include that on all the broncos from the factory? Seems like they just weren't thinking.

It's dark and raining outside so no at home photos, but my bronco is home and in the driveway. I was planning on installing accessories tomorrow, however it looks like the rain will continue all day.

Sunday I will be installing Go Rhino Extreme DSS sliders and factory mud flaps (will have to cut the fronts). Sunday afternoon we have an appointment for the windows to be tinted. Next week sometime the Bartact grab handles will arrive but that will be a simple install.

Overall impressions driving home were great. We have a 2.3 Base SAS 4 Door and it felt like it has plenty of power. My wife is 5'3 and this will be her daily driver. It was a bit tall her her to get into but manageable. The grab handles and step should help quite a bit. My final concern was the road noise from the big 35" tires and Soft top. It was a louder than my F150 but still very easy to hold a conversation with a passenger. I can echo a gripe that I have heard from several owners now.....the radio sound quality sucks.

I will share some better photos next week when everything is installed.
