If Ford were to make a full size Bronco again would you like to see it F150 based or F250 based?

Thanks for bumping this!

I really want an SUV based on an F350 with lockers and 4:1 t-case. Ford should build that. I bet they could sell dozens of them, and at $70k, I'd buy a used one, probably ten years old. I wonder why they don't offer an SUV based on the Super Duty. Maybe call it the Ford Valdez. That would be an amazing overlanding rig.

Yeah, I know. I was being facetious. It was the lowest selling SUV for Ford/Lincoln.

My point was there is always a desire, but it doesn't mean it makes sense to a manufacturer.

I really would want a Ford Excursion with 4:1 t-case and lockers, riding on 37" BFG MT. I think it would be amazeballs, but it would be a niche vehicle, they'd sell even fewer than they did in 2005 (16k sold) and it'd be a loss for Ford. But man it would be coooool and I'd drool all over one at the stealership. I don't think I'd ever spend the kind of coin they'd have to get to make it profitable though. They'd easily be $70k (just look at a well-optioned Super Duty). So, a full-size Bronco, yeah maybe Ford will someday, but they've already got vehicles for the masses that probably fit the bill.

I always loved my Excursion with the 7.3L Diesel, had it for 15 years !!!! Can't believe there is not a large F Series Diesel based on this anymore... With a little girl and puppy in the back seat, having the enclosed back was key.
Ford Bronco If Ford were to make a full size bronco... Excursio
